That chronology is clear: Cedric stayed with the Vanderpump-Todd family, the relationship broke down around his move-out, and the two became estranged. The public accounts do not establish a single, independently verified explanation for the falling-out.
Why did Cedric and Lisa fall out?
The most detailed contemporaneous account presents conflicting versions. In a February 2, 2011 Us Weekly report, Lisa and Ken said they confronted Cedric over his conduct after he had lived with them rent-free. Ken alleged that Cedric had mentioned being offered money to sell stories and also alleged that Cedric made a violent remark during their argument. Lisa said she felt betrayed.

When Cedric came up on Watch What Happens Live in April 2020, Lisa joked, “Don’t say that word! Don’t say the C word!” Bravo recounted the exchange in its 2020 retrospective.
Her 2024 comment
Asked on Watch What Happens Live in May 2024 whether she regretted the friendship and having Cedric live with her, Lisa replied, “Oh yes, he had a free ride for a long time.” She added, “If you’re watching this please don’t come back.” Bravo reported those comments in May 2024. They reflect Lisa’s view at that time, not a report of renewed contact.

Where is Cedric Martinez now?
The clearest post-show career account comes from Cedric’s 2020 comments to Heavy, relayed in Bravo’s 2024 article. Cedric said that after leaving he returned to London, worked in restaurants and hospitality, and had opened and managed high-end restaurants. Bravo also reported that he spent time in the United Kingdom before settling in France.
A May 7, 2023 episode listing for Behind the Velvet Rope describes an interview about Cedric’s life after leaving and refers to his then-current life in London. It is a listing rather than a transcript, so it does not establish additional specifics about what he said.
Those are dated accounts, not confirmation of Cedric’s present circumstances. As of October 8, 2026, the cited sources do not verify where he lives or works now.
