Brittany Williams said in February 2024 that dating again was difficult at first after a long relationship with Josh Allen, but that she was happy and enjoying dating in New York. She was also identified as the owner of a virtual Pilates experience, Pilates by Britt. The relationship’s breakup became publicly apparent in April 2023, though its exact date and reason have not been established. Allen later married Hailee Steinfeld in May 2025; that sequence does not establish that the relationships overlapped.
When did Brittany Williams and Josh Allen break up?
The breakup became a subject of public speculation in April 2023, when Williams reportedly unfollowed Allen on Instagram and photos of the pair disappeared from her page. Those changes were public signs that the relationship had ended, not a confirmed date or a joint announcement. Parade’s relationship timeline and Us Weekly’s timeline describe the developments.
Williams described the relationship as lasting “10 years” in a February 2024 podcast interview, as quoted by Fox News. That is her own approximate description, rather than an independently established duration. Fox News reported her comments.
What did Williams say about dating after the breakup?
Speaking on the Martinis + Bikinis podcast in February 2024, Williams said entering the dating world had been “very, very, very difficult” at first. She added: “But here I am. I am very happy now. The dating life in New York is absolutely crazy, but it’s so much fun. It was so entertaining.” These are her reflections at that time, not confirmation of her current relationship status.

What is known about her work?
Parade identified Williams as the owner of Pilates by Britt, a virtual Pilates experience. The cited coverage does not establish whether the service is currently operating or what it offers now, so it is best treated as a reported part of her work rather than a current business-status update. Parade’s timeline identifies the experience.
How did Allen’s relationship with Hailee Steinfeld develop?
Allen was photographed with Steinfeld in New York City in May 2023, weeks after the breakup speculation involving Williams. The public chronology does not show when Allen and Steinfeld began dating, and it is not evidence that their relationship overlapped with his relationship with Williams.

Why did Williams and Allen break up?
The reason has not been established in the cited public reporting. The sources also do not establish who ended the relationship or substantiate claims of cheating or an overlap with Steinfeld. A social-media change followed by later public sightings can establish chronology, but it cannot by itself prove why a couple separated or when another relationship began.
