Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia said in a TikTok posted May 14, 2024, that she and country singer Zach Bryan had been in a crash two nights earlier. She described the vehicle flipping, glass shattering, and Bryan needing stitches. Those details come from her account as reported at the time; the available coverage does not establish the crash’s location, cause, or vehicle type.
What LaPaglia said happened
In a TikTok quoted by Us Weekly on May 14, 2024, LaPaglia said: “Two nights ago, Zach and I got into a traumatizing side-by-side car crash.” She described the vehicle flipping and glass shattering. She said they were wearing seat belts, an ambulance arrived, and Bryan received stitches for a large cut. She also recounted seeing blood and bruising and finding glass in her face. These are details from LaPaglia’s account, not independently documented medical findings or a verified crash reconstruction.
The Los Angeles Times’ May 16, 2024 report also attributed the seat-belt and injury details to LaPaglia.
What kind of vehicle was involved?
The phrase “side-by-side car crash” does not establish a specific vehicle. Uproxx noted the ambiguity: “side-by-side” might describe two vehicles traveling alongside one another or a side-by-side recreational vehicle. The contemporary accounts cited here do not resolve which meaning applies, so no vehicle make, model, or type can be stated as fact.

PerthNow reported that LaPaglia later said the pair were okay and that Bryan performed the following night. Those details, too, were relayed by contemporary coverage.

The reports describe LaPaglia’s account; they do not independently establish where the crash happened, what caused it, the exact mechanics, or what vehicle was involved. The quoted line is attributed to her through Us Weekly’s reporting, rather than presented here as an independently authenticated transcript.
