The event and product announcements are distinct: Battle Hour was a live convention, the FighterZ DAIMA Pack was downloadable content, and the figure is a physical collectible.
Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour brought DAIMA to Los Angeles

The official Dragon Ball event report uses Japan-time dates, April 19–20, and explicitly gives the corresponding local PDT dates as April 18–19. The difference is a time-zone framing, not two separate event weekends. The retrospective described a DAIMA Super Saiyan 4 Goku key visual and a trophy designed after it, alongside game booths and tournaments, card-game competitions, figures and plastic models on display, a plastic-model workshop, and merchandise sales. See the official Battle Hour 2026 event report.
The report also attributes a message to Masako Nozawa, identified as Goku’s voice actor: “This year will be jam-packed with Dragon Ball games and anime! I hope you have a blast!”

FighterZ DAIMA Pack was announced for April 22
On April 20, Bandai Namco Entertainment announced the Dragon Ball FighterZ DAIMA Pack, featuring playable Son Goku (Super Saiyan 4, DAIMA), for April 22, 2026. The announcement listed PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Windows PC. April 22 is the date in the announcement; the announcement alone does not establish that the content became available in every platform’s storefront that day. Details appear in Bandai Namco’s April 20 game announcement.
The same announcement covered other Dragon Ball games, including a Sparking! ZERO expansion and an April 21 Survival Mode update, as well as a Xenoverse 2 final DLC planned for summer 2026. Those were franchise announcements, not DAIMA-specific news.

A DAIMA Super Saiyan 4 Goku figure opened for preorders
TAMASHII WEB’s official Japan listing for S.H.Figuarts SUPER SAIYAN 4 SON GOKU -DAIMA- gives April 10, 2026, as the preorder opening date and December 2026 as the release date. The listing supports those dates for the Japan product entry; it does not establish current stock, price, or availability in other regions. Check the TAMASHII WEB Dragon Ball series listing for its product details.
Battle Hour’s retrospective separately confirms that figures and plastic models were displayed, that attendees could build a Goku plastic model, and that merchandise was sold. It does not identify every item sold, so the event report should not be taken as confirmation that this particular figure was available there.
