Those claims are allegations in a lawsuit, not findings by a court. Trevi has denied wrongdoing and has separately alleged that Andrade abused her.
What the 2023 lawsuit alleges
The complaint named Trevi, Andrade and Mary Boquitas as defendants. The plaintiffs alleged that Trevi helped recruit women into Andrade’s circle and took part in or encouraged abuse. News reports quoted the complaint as saying Trevi “voluntarily and eagerly joined the acts.” That language is the plaintiffs’ characterization of Trevi’s alleged conduct; it is not a court’s conclusion.
What Jane Doe 3 and Jane Doe 4 said
Jane Doe 3
Jane Doe 3 alleged that Trevi pressured her to submit to Andrade. She also alleged that, in an incident in 1995, Trevi brought her to Andrade’s room. These are allegations described in reporting on the complaint.
Jane Doe 4
Jane Doe 4 alleged that Trevi’s actions contributed to Andrade punishing her. The complaint’s allegations do not establish that Trevi committed the conduct described.

Trevi’s response and the separate 2022 case
Trevi has denied wrongdoing. Her reported position is that Andrade was the central abuser and that she herself was abused by him. In a separate cross-complaint, Trevi alleged that Andrade abused her and that others helped him. In 2024, a Los Angeles County judge allowed that cross-complaint to proceed past an initial challenge. That procedural ruling did not decide whether Trevi’s allegations—or the Jane Doe plaintiffs’ allegations—were true.
The 2023 case followed a California lawsuit filed in 2022 by two different women, identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, who alleged childhood abuse connected to Andrade and Trevi. The two cases involve different plaintiffs and complaints; allegations in either civil case should not be treated as adjudicated facts.

How the California lawsuits differ from the Mexican criminal cases
News reports say Trevi was arrested in Brazil with Andrade in 2000, spent about four years in pretrial detention, and was acquitted in Mexico in 2004 after a judge found insufficient evidence for the charges against her. The same reporting says Andrade was convicted in Mexico of rape, kidnapping and corruption of minors. Those reported criminal outcomes are distinct from the later California civil lawsuits; they do not decide the claims made in those pleadings.

An IMDb news listing for a Rolling Stone story dated April 16, 2026, reported that Los Angeles County Judge Jared D. Moses permitted Trevi to seek depositions of roughly two dozen witnesses in Mexico, subject to coordination with counsel for the Jane Doe plaintiffs. Permission to pursue depositions is a procedural step, not a ruling on the truth of the allegations. The report does not establish the final status or outcome of the civil claims.
