The engagement gift was one two-piece design
The couple announced their engagement in January 2022. The Independent’s report on the ring ran on January 19, 2022, and it remains the most detailed account of how the piece was built. Kelly described two separate magnetic bands that fit together to form a heart-like shape. He said the bands were designed with thorn-like edges, and that detail belongs to his description of the design. It is not evidence that the ring injured anyone.

Why the title’s “each” needs correcting
The question assumes two engagement rings. The reporting describes one engagement gift in two pieces. Kelly’s explanation, as The Independent quoted it, was: “The concept is that the ring can come apart to make two rings.” The outlet attributed the remark to an interview with Vogue. That sentence describes how the single design separates into two wearable rings. It does not document a second engagement ring given at a different time.

A later roundup by Marie Claire, published October 21, 2025, also describes the ring as a two-piece design with the same attributed design story. It adds no new detail about what happened to the pieces afterward.

On Call Her Daddy, Fox told Alex Cooper, as The Independent reported: “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption.” That remark explains why she is not discussing details. It says nothing about the jewelry.

What the reporting does not say
No published account states whether Fox kept the bands, returned them, sold them, or had them altered. The reporting covers the design and the end of the engagement, and stops there. An absence from public appearances does not show that a ring was sold, returned or destroyed.
