Was Cynthia Erivo’s Tony Awards outfit a corset?
The available descriptions do not confirm corset construction. Schiaparelli calls the top an exaggerated off-the-shoulder jacket, and Vogue describes the overall look as a sculptural couture gown. “Beaded corset” is therefore not a verified description of the garment; the sourced details are velvet embroidery, rhinestones and pearls.
