Ciara Miller’s reported response included a comment to Jon Hamm—“I’m good… well, I’ve been better”—and social posts about trust and loyalty. The posts followed Summer House costars West Wilson and Amanda Batula confirming their relationship on March 31, 2026. Their timing prompted outlets to frame them as reactions, but Miller has not been quoted confirming that the captions referred to the romance.

The Independent also reported that Miller promoted the Apple TV series with the caption, “If you can’t trust your Friends & Neighbors, who can you trust?” E! later reported an April 11 Sephora collaboration post captioned, “@sephora actually rewards loyalty.” Both outlets presented the posts as pointed in light of the announcement; neither caption, on its own, establishes Miller’s intended target.
What did Amanda Batula and West Wilson announce?
On March 31, 2026, Batula and Wilson issued a joint statement confirming a relationship. They called it “still very new” and said their connection had grown from a genuine, longstanding friendship. They also said they needed time to process the situation privately and acknowledged that the relationship dynamics involved could affect people beyond the two of them.

The statement did not name every person affected or address Miller’s posts. It explained the couple’s stated reasons for waiting to speak publicly, not what anyone else privately felt about the relationship.
Why were Miller’s posts read as a response?
The Independent reported that Miller and Wilson had dated in 2023, in a relationship that played out on Summer House, and described Batula as Miller’s close friend. That context helps explain why captions about trust and loyalty drew attention after the announcement. It does not confirm that either caption was about Batula or Wilson.

Batula had announced her separation from Kyle Cooke in January 2026, according to The Independent. That is separate background to the timeline; it does not establish when the new relationship began beyond the couple’s description of it as new.
