Hallmark Channel is on channel 312 on DIRECTV. Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is on channel 565. Your package must include the network for you to watch it, so a channel listing alone does not guarantee access.
Hallmark Channel is on channel 312 on DIRECTV. If you mean Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, that network is on channel 565. DIRECTV’s official channel materials list Hallmark Movies & Mysteries as HD-only.
Channel placement is separate from package availability, so you may not receive a channel simply because it appears in the DIRECTV guide. If channel 312 or 565 does not work, check whether your particular DIRECTV package includes it.

Can I watch Hallmark without a traditional DIRECTV package?
Hallmark’s official website separately presents Hallmark+ as a Hallmark streaming service. It is an alternative for viewers who want Hallmark content outside a traditional pay-TV package, but it is not the same thing as Hallmark Channel on DIRECTV and does not change the DIRECTV channel numbers.
