What is confirmed—and what remains unverified?
The early-upload account comes from a CBR report reproduced by IMDb, not from an independently verified statement by Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll’s seasonal listing confirms the show’s published simulcast schedule and territories, but it does not confirm the YouTube incident. The available sources therefore support describing the event as a reported accidental upload, not attributing the removal to a particular person or asserting a motive, audience impact, or company response.
