Power is a Blood Fiend whose defining ability is manipulating blood and shaping it into weapons for combat. The anime establishes her identity and basic role; her more powerful use of blood comes later in the manga, so anime-only readers should stop before the spoiler section.
What is Power’s blood ability?
Power can manipulate blood and form it into weapons, which she uses to attack opponents. That is the clearest description of her signature ability: blood manipulation with a practical, offensive use. The official anime character profile identifies her as a Blood Fiend and a member of Public Safety Special Division 4, but it does not provide an exhaustive catalogue of techniques.
It is best to describe the weapons as they appear in the relevant scene rather than assign them fan-made or unverified official move names. The available official profile confirms her identity, not a complete list of forms she can create.
How does Power use her abilities in combat?
Her blood-based attacks make her an offensive fighter. She turns blood into weapons and uses those weapons to strike; avoid reading that as proof that she can freely control the blood inside any person, or that she has a defined power ranking. The official material cited here does not establish either claim.

Anime information and manga spoilers
Spoiler warning for late Part 1 of the manga. The following goes beyond an anime-only overview.
Her later blood ability
In the manga’s late story, Power uses blood in a stronger form than her ordinary fiend presentation. This development is tied to the story’s distinction between Power’s fiend form and the Blood Devil identity referenced later. It is a change in how her blood-based power appears, not a reason to treat every later development as part of what the anime has already shown.

Shueisha’s official volume 11 listing includes chapters 90, 91, and 96, which are relevant to Power’s late Part 1 story. Those chapter references place the material for manga readers; they do not make the later ability details anime content.
What is not established about her powers?
- Exact limits: The official sources cited here do not give a numeric blood-volume threshold, recovery time, or complete set of costs and restrictions.
- Exhaustive technique list: The anime profile identifies Power as a Blood Fiend but does not catalogue every technique.
- Universal blood control: Her weapon-making ability should not be expanded into a claim that she can freely manipulate anyone else’s blood.
Where to read the relevant manga material
Volume 11 of Chainsaw Man is a relevant point of reference for the late Part 1 developments; Shueisha lists chapters 90, 91, and 96 in that volume. VIZ provides an official English-language chapter catalog. Power’s basic blood-weapon ability can be understood without this late-manga material.
