An unnamed source speaking to PEOPLE described Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl night as “the most thrilling experience” and said, “It’s been the best few months for them.” Those remarks appeared in a PEOPLE report published February 13, 2024; they were the source’s characterization, not comments from Swift or Kelce.
What the unnamed source said
In its February 13, 2024 report, PEOPLE quoted an unnamed insider describing the Super Bowl as “the most thrilling experience” and saying, “It’s been the best few months for them.” The source also said Swift had enjoyed attending Kelce’s games. The report did not identify the insider, and it offered no direct statement from either Swift or Kelce about those private feelings. Read the syndicated PEOPLE report on Yahoo Entertainment.
What happened at Super Bowl LVIII
The game took place on February 11, 2024, in Las Vegas. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 25–22 in overtime. Swift watched from the crowd, then joined Kelce on the field after the win. The PEOPLE report said the pair celebrated afterward; details about their private celebration remain that outlet’s reported account, not firsthand confirmation available in the public exchange.
What the public on-field exchange adds
Separately, contemporaneous coverage by The Daily Beast said the NFL published audio of the couple’s on-field conversation. In that account, Kelce thanked Swift for coming, and Swift called the experience “unbelievable.” This is public-event context reported by The Daily Beast; it does not establish the anonymous insider’s claims about how the couple privately felt.
