EJAE called it a “chic homage” to Mira’s Met Gala look in KPop Demon Hunters.
What Audrey Nuna wore to the 2025 VMAs
Nuna attended the MTV Video Music Awards on September 7, 2025, with fellow HUNTR/X singers EJAE and Rei Ami, according to Netflix Tudum. The publication’s description of her outfit came from EJAE, who said: “Audrey killed it at the freaking VMAs with her sleeping bag-influenced outfit.”
That wording makes “sleeping bag” a playful comparison, not a literal garment identification. The reviewed source does not name the outfit’s designer or specify its materials or construction.
Why the look was connected to Mira
EJAE described Nuna’s outfit as a “chic homage to Mira’s infamous Met Gala look” in KPop Demon Hunters. Nuna is Mira’s singing voice in the film, while EJAE is identified as the singer behind Rumi in HUNTR/X.

EJAE said it was fun to draw inspiration from the movie and translate it into real life. The red-carpet look therefore connected the animated film’s fashion with the performers’ own public appearances; it was described as an homage, not as an exact replica of Mira’s outfit.
Is the VMA outfit available as a costume?
Netflix Tudum notes that officially licensed HUNTR/X costumes are available from Spirit Halloween and links to Netflix Shop merchandise. Those options are franchise merchandise, not confirmation that Nuna’s specific VMA outfit—or a Mira sleeping-bag replica—is for sale.
