What happens to tickets when a screening is cancelled?
At the time of the incident, Perth Festival said affected ticket holders would receive refunds. For current cancellation procedures, consult Perth Festival’s FAQ: it says a cancelled screening is automatically refunded to the original payment method. If the order was paid for with a voucher, the voucher is returned to the original order; the FAQ asks customers to allow up to five business days for it to reappear in their account. Procedures can change, so the current FAQ is the best guide for a future cancellation.
