True
True is Thompson and Khloé Kardashian’s daughter. Life & Style reported that she was born on April 12, 2018. Us Weekly described her as seven in July 2025.

Theo
Theo is Thompson and Maralee Nichols’s son. Life & Style reported that Nichols said he was born on December 1, 2021. The outlet also reported Thompson’s January 2022 statement after paternity was established: “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son.” That statement records what Thompson said at the time; it does not establish a current custody arrangement or how much contact he has with Theo.
In a statement reproduced by Life & Style in February 2022, Nichols wrote: “Theo, my little angel baby. I named you Theo because it means, ‘Gift from God,’” The name meaning here is Nichols’s explanation as quoted by the outlet.

Tatum
Tatum is Thompson and Kardashian’s son. Us Weekly reported that he turned three at a July 28, 2025 birthday celebration, placing his birth date on July 28, 2022.

Us Weekly reported that Prince, True and Tatum appeared together at Tatum’s July 2025 birthday celebration. The report said Theo was not at that event. This is a description of one gathering, not evidence about the children’s usual contact, sibling relationships or private family arrangements.

In an April 1, 2026 report, E! News paraphrased Thompson as saying the mothers of his children had been amazing and were in a good place. E! also reported that Thompson and Kardashian discussed how to talk with True and Tatum about his infidelity.
