Toru Hagakure is the U.A. High School student and hero-in-training known as Invisible Girl. Her Quirk, Invisibility (透明化), normally leaves her appearance unseen. The official anime profile also notes a later story change: during the final battle, a malfunction makes her visible at times. Spoilers for that development and her later career follow.
Who is Toru Hagakure?
Toru Hagakure (葉隠透) is a student in U.A. High School’s Hero Course, Class 1-A. Yomiuri TV’s character profile identifies her hero name as Invisible Girl (インビジブルガール). In the story, the name reflects the defining fact about her Quirk: her appearance is normally not visible.
The official anime profile describes her as energetic, positive, and sociable. It lists her birthday as June 16, her height as 152 cm, and her Japanese voice actor as Kaori Nazuka (名塚佳織). These are the profile’s published details; it does not give a year for them.
What does Invisible Girl’s Quirk do?
Her Quirk is named Invisibility, or 透明化. The official anime character profile says her appearance is normally entirely unseen; Yomiuri TV and Bandai Namco’s All’s Justice roster likewise identify the Quirk as Invisibility.

Those descriptions establish the name and basic effect, not a complete set of operating rules. The official profiles do not explain the biology behind the Quirk, whether Toru can turn visibility on and off at will, how light behaves around her, what limits the ability has, or what triggers the later malfunction. Those details should not be treated as confirmed based on the short profile summaries alone.
Spoilers: Does Toru ever become visible?
Yes. The anime’s official profile says that a malfunction during the final battle makes Toru visible at times. It does not provide a full explanation of the malfunction or lay out new rules for her Quirk, so this detail is best understood as a specific event in the story rather than proof of a general ability to control her visibility.
