What this chart measures—and what it doesn’t
JustWatch says its charts use activity during a selected 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day window. Actions counted include clicking a streaming offer, adding a title to a watchlist, or marking it as seen. That makes the ranking a signal of interest among JustWatch users, not a count of completed episodes, total streams, or hours watched.

#1 Best Overall
JustWatch’s October 8, 2026 chart page says its data comes from more than 50 million movie and TV fans per month and that its charts are updated daily for 140 countries and 4,500 streaming services. Those are figures reported by JustWatch, not independently audited audience measurements. See JustWatch’s U.S. TV charts for its chart and methodology details.
Why other “top shows” lists may look different
Rankings only make sense when you compare their geography, time period, and method. A chart built from user actions across services answers a different question from a platform’s own viewing-hours list or an audience-measurement provider’s ratings.
Rank #2
- Netflix Tudum: Its cited chart covers Netflix globally for June 15–21, 2026, and reports views and hours viewed. It describes performance on Netflix during that week, not a current ranking across streaming services. See Netflix Tudum’s Top 10 page.
- Nielsen: Nielsen describes a U.S. audience-measurement approach and limits its streaming Top 10 provider list to services with program-level data in specific systems; its viewing data also include streaming beyond the listed providers. The cited broad TV chart covers the week of September 28–October 4, 2026. See Nielsen’s Top 10 charts.
So “most popular” can mean different things: user interest across a chosen window, viewing activity on one platform, or measured audience time. The October 8 JustWatch order is useful for discovering what is drawing attention across services, but it should not be read as a definitive ranking of total viewing.

Start with the series at the top if you want a snapshot of what JustWatch users are engaging with now, then choose based on genre, familiarity, and availability. The ranking itself does not establish which series is best or whether it suits your tastes. Use the service names as a starting point, then confirm the current title page in your country.
