The initial itinerary covered 11 performances in eight cities from May 14 to June 8, 2024. The shows and ticket-sale dates are in the past.
What the 2024 announcement included
The announcement described the U.S. concerts as part of the group’s third world tour. Seoul was scheduled to host three opening performances at KSPO Dome from May 3–5, before the U.S. dates. The notice also said more dates and cities would follow, so the first U.S. itinerary was not presented as the full world-tour schedule. Oakland Arena’s March 18, 2024 announcement
The tour name’s meaning was described in the venue announcement as a commitment to “move forward together towards a hopeful future.” The announcement did not attribute that wording to a named member.

Album context and comparison with the previous U.S. leg
The announcement noted that the group’s sixth mini album, minisode 3: TOMORROW, was scheduled for release on April 1, 2024, at 6 p.m. KST. That was contemporaneous context; the notice did not establish that the tour was exclusively promoting the album.
Oakland Arena’s announcement contrasted the initial ACT : PROMISE U.S. schedule with the predecessor tour, ACT : SWEET MIRAGE. The comparison supports only show and city counts:
