Blink-182 guitarist Tom DeLonge was reported in Perth on Wednesday, 7 February 2024, ahead of the band’s Thursday and Friday concerts at RAC Arena. The venue later confirmed the band played two back-to-back February shows, both sold out.
When Tom DeLonge arrived in Perth
PerthNow published its arrival report on 7 February 2024, describing DeLonge as arriving in Perth that Wednesday, two days before the report’s Thursday and Friday show dates. The story said he appeared at Perth Airport before being seen arriving at a luxury hotel that afternoon, flanked by personal security. PerthNow’s account does not give a flight number or an exact landing time.
Why the band was in Perth
DeLonge was in town with Blink-182 for two concerts at RAC Arena, part of the Australian leg of the band’s tour. The venue’s 1 March 2024 retrospective confirms the group played back-to-back nights in February and says both shows were sold out. RAC Arena’s retrospective confirms the run and its sold-out status.
Who was in the touring lineup
PerthNow named DeLonge, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker as the reunited touring lineup, describing the reunion at the time as the band’s first in a decade. That is the 2024 report’s characterization, not a claim about the band’s current lineup.
