Titus Welliver has since discussed ideas for a possible standalone Harry Bosch film with author Michael Connelly and producer Henrik Bastin—but the July 2026 report said it had not been greenlit. That is a possible continuation, not confirmation of a fourth season or a movie.
What is the Bosch: Legacy season 3 update?
The confirmed update is that season 3 was presented as the final season of Bosch: Legacy. Amazon’s official season page identifies the season as the series’ final chapter and gives its March 2025 release context. The season premiered March 27, 2025, and adapts material from Michael Connelly’s novels Desert Star and The Black Ice.

The newer development concerns what might come after the series: Welliver has talked about a feature-length story for Harry Bosch. The idea has not been announced as an approved production.

In a July 7, 2026 interview with TechRadar, he said he, Connelly and producer Henrik Bastin had ideas for a possible standalone film. TechRadar reported that the film had not been greenlit.
