Who plays the main characters in Season 3?
The central cast is easiest to follow by group: the Ratliff family, three friends on a getaway, Rick and Chelsea, and the resort’s staff. The guide below sticks to actor-character identifications and setup rather than later plot turns.

How the guest groups fit together
The Ratliff family
Timothy and Victoria arrive with their children Saxon, Piper and Lochlan. Piper’s thesis project is given as part of the reason for the family trip. Their shared family connection makes them a single guest cluster, although the siblings have different concerns: Saxon is employed by his father, while Lochlan is unsure about college and what comes next.
#1 Best Overall
Jaclyn, Kate and Laurie
The friends are on a separate getaway. Sky’s character guide describes Jaclyn as a successful TV host who pays for the trip, Kate as an Austin mother, and Laurie as a New Yorker focused on her career. These are descriptions of the fictional characters, not claims about the actors’ real lives.
Rick and Chelsea
Rick travels with his girlfriend Chelsea. The broadcaster guide characterizes him as guarded and her as formerly a yoga teacher with an upbeat outlook; those details are more useful than reducing their relationship to a single label.

The resort staff and Belinda’s return
Season 3’s Thailand wellness resort connects the guest groups to a local staff ensemble. Sritala leads the wellness program, Mook works as a health mentor, and Gaitok is a security guard. Their jobs place them in different relationships to the hotel and its visitors.
Belinda Lindsey is the returning character. First seen in Season 1, she is a massage therapist who comes to Bangkok to train and improve her work. Her return gives the anthology a link to an earlier season while the Thailand resort supplies the setting for this new ensemble.

Why “elitists” is only part of the picture
The title’s word “elitists” points to the series’ scrutiny of wealthy vacationers, especially the Ratliffs and the privileges attached to resort travel. It is not a neutral label for every character: the season also follows employees, a returning massage therapist, and guests whose circumstances differ. Looking at who is related, who is traveling together and who works at the resort is a clearer way to understand the ensemble than treating everyone as one kind of guest.

Season 3 takes place at a White Lotus wellness resort in Thailand; Vogue specifies Koh Samui. That resort setting brings together the family trip, the friends’ getaway, Rick and Chelsea’s vacation, and the staff’s work.
