Region Canberra reported on 22 August that Kyrgios had considered Mauboy, whose singing style she liked. The same report said she saw Ora as a coach who could help her move from musical theatre toward commercial music. That was Kyrgios’s stated reasoning for the choice, not a judgment that one coach was objectively better for her.
PerthNow also reported that Ora asked whether Kyrgios had a musical-theatre background and praised her stamina: “You can tell because your stamina is really fantastic.” The report describes Ora comparing the athletic demands of performing and playing tennis.

In the segment’s exchange about Nick, PerthNow attributed this joke to Sebastian: “She nailed it. It was even better than your shot through the legs.”
