Keith Urban praised her with the words, “This is the voice, and you are THE voice.” Bell chose Guy Sebastian as her mentor.
Who was the singer, and what did she perform?
Bell was described by PerthNow as a blind voice teacher from regional Queensland. In her blind audition, she sang “Climb Ev’ry Mountain.” The show’s blind-audition format meant she could not see whether a coach had turned while she performed.

How did the coaches and audience react?
PerthNow’s Lily Hoffmann reported on 16 August 2021 that all four coaches turned their chairs and the audience gave Bell a standing ovation. Bell said she did not know whether anyone had turned, telling the coaches: “I am standing here not certain if any of you actually turned around.” She described walking onto the stage as feeling like “a big silent chasm”; when the music began, she said, it felt like theatre.
Keith Urban called the performance angelically beautiful and said, “This is the voice, and you are THE voice.” PerthNow also reported his remark: “If there had been a fifth chair, that would have turned around too.” These are the publication’s transcriptions of Urban’s televised comments.
