Rob Rausch said he did not take the attention around his looks on The Traitors season 4 seriously, describing it as “all fun and games.” He also called comparisons to Dylan Efron a “massive compliment” and teased a possible snake-catching outing with Efron and Boston Rob Mariano.
How Rob Rausch feels about being called a heartthrob
In remarks attributed to an interview with Extra, Rausch said, “There was a lot of joking going on about my good looks. I really didn’t take it that seriously.” He summed up the heartthrob attention as “all fun and games,” suggesting he saw it as lighthearted fan chatter rather than something to take to heart.
Why he welcomed the Dylan Efron comparison
Rausch said fans’ comparisons between him and Efron were flattering. “I take it as a massive compliment,” he said, adding that Efron is “a great example of a good young man” who is “very sweet, very kind and thoughtful in the way he speaks.”
What Rausch said about a possible snake-catching outing
Rausch also said Boston Rob Mariano had recently contacted him. He described a possible get-together involving Mariano and Efron: “[Boston Rob] actually hit me up the other day. Him and Dylan might be doing a snake-catching adventure with me soon, so that’d be cool.” His wording was tentative; the account does not establish that the outing was booked or took place.
