Selling Sunset cast net worth, ranked
The ranking below uses the dollar figures published in Cosmopolitan’s October 23, 2025 compilation. Every amount should be read as an estimate attributed to that compilation, not as a confirmed financial statement.
| Rank | Cast member | Reported net worth | Reported wealth sources and context |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 (tie) | Jason Oppenheim | $50 million | Brokerage ownership and real-estate activity. Cosmopolitan attributes the estimate to Business Insider. |
| 1 (tie) | Brett Oppenheim | $50 million | Brokerage ownership and real-estate activity. Cosmopolitan gives Brett the same reported estimate as Jason. |
| 3 (tie) | Chrishell Stause | $6 million | Real-estate commissions, acting, sponsored social posts and brand partnerships. |
| 3 (tie) | Bre Tiesi | $6 million | Modeling and real estate; TIME has reported that she previously worked at Keller Williams Beverly Hills before joining The Oppenheim Group. |
| 5 | Emma Hernan | $4 million | Primarily attributed to her plant-based frozen-food company, Emma Leigh & Co., and modeling, with real estate as another activity. |
| 6 (tie) | Nicole Young | $3 million | Long-term commissions at The Oppenheim Group, according to the compilation. |
| 6 (tie) | Chelsea Lazkani | $3 million | Earlier business-strategy and solar-analysis work followed by real estate; Cosmopolitan cites Celebrity Net Worth for the estimate. |
| 8 | Alanna Gold | $2 million | Modeling and real estate. The compilation says she joined The Oppenheim Group in 2023 after beginning real estate in 2021. |
| 9 (tie) | Mary Fitzgerald (credited as Mary Bonnet in Netflix’s season-9 guide) | $1 million | Real-estate commissions and a house-flipping business with Romain Bonnet. |
| 9 (tie) | Amanza Smith | $1 million | Interior design, staging and modeling before and alongside real estate. |
Who is the richest Selling Sunset cast member?
Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim share the top position at a reported $50 million each. Their estimates are far higher than those assigned to the agents and personalities in the rest of the compilation because their wealth is linked to ownership and operation of The Oppenheim Group, not only individual sales commissions.
How Chrishell Stause and Bre Tiesi compare
Chrishell Stause and Bre Tiesi are tied at a reported $6 million. Stause’s estimate is associated with several income categories—real-estate commissions, acting, sponsored posts and brand partnerships. Tiesi’s is associated with modeling and real estate. On the published figures, neither is richer than the other.

What the middle of the ranking represents
Emma Hernan — reported $4 million
Hernan’s estimate is presented as being driven mostly by Emma Leigh & Co., her plant-based frozen-food company, and modeling. Real estate is an additional activity rather than the only stated source of wealth.
Nicole Young and Chelsea Lazkani — reported $3 million each
Young’s figure is attributed mainly to long-term commissions at The Oppenheim Group. Lazkani’s reported wealth reflects a broader professional path that included business strategy and solar analysis before real estate. Their equal estimates should not be mistaken for identical careers or identical finances.
Rank #2
Alanna Gold — reported $2 million
Gold’s estimate is linked to modeling and real estate. Cosmopolitan places her entry into real estate in 2021 and her joining The Oppenheim Group in 2023.

Why Mary Fitzgerald and Amanza Smith are tied at $1 million
Both Fitzgerald and Smith are listed at a reported $1 million. Fitzgerald’s estimate is tied mainly to commissions and house flipping with Romain Bonnet. Smith’s reported wealth reflects earlier work in interior design, staging and modeling as well as real estate.
Rank #3
Season 9 cast and the missing Sandra Vergara estimate
Netflix’s official season-9 guide, published October 29, 2025, lists Chrishell Stause, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, Nicole Young, Alanna Gold, Mary Bonnet, Amanza Smith and Bre Tiesi as returning cast members, with Jason and Brett Oppenheim serving as brokers. The guide introduces Sandra Vergara as a new agent.
There is no defensible, named and dated net-worth figure for Vergara in the cited material. Assigning her a dollar amount would be speculation, so she is not added to the ranking. Vergara told Netflix Tudum that The O Group felt like “the perfect fit” and described the team as “sharp, high energy, and full of people who are at the top of their game,” but that statement says nothing about her personal finances.

They are best treated as directional estimates. Entertainment publications and net-worth websites generally compile public career information, business activity and reported earnings; they do not publish audited balance sheets for the cast. Cosmopolitan’s compilation is the named source for every dollar figure in this ranking, while Netflix confirms cast and streaming information rather than personal finances.

- Net worth is not annual income: a figure can include business interests, property, accumulated assets and liabilities, none of which are fully itemized here.
- Ties are genuine limits of the data: $6 million, $3 million and $1 million pairs should be presented as equal reported estimates, not as evidence that the people have identical finances.
- Do not infer an estimate for a newcomer: Sandra Vergara’s season-9 status is documented, but a reliable net-worth figure is not.
What can be concluded from the ranking
On the available published estimates, the Oppenheim brothers are in a separate top tier at $50 million each. Stause and Tiesi form the next tier at $6 million, followed by Hernan at $4 million, Young and Lazkani at $3 million, Gold at $2 million, and Fitzgerald and Smith at $1 million. The ordering describes reported wealth estimates, not audited financial reality or a definitive measure of professional success.
