Start with the city stops, then add Sandy or a longer regional excursion if it fits your trip. Visit Utah’s guide identifies the venues and their show connections; confirm current hours, access and bookings directly before setting out.
Salt Lake City stops
These locations are in Salt Lake City and make the most practical cluster for a city visit. Visit Utah identifies them as stops associated with the series.
Van Ryder
Address: 131 S 300 West, Salt Lake City. Visit Utah places the DadTok crew at this rooftop bar in Season 1 and notes views toward Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Mountains. Check the venue’s current hours and access arrangements before visiting.
Coffee Garden
Address: 878 E 900 South, Salt Lake City, in the 9th & 9th area. Visit Utah says the coffee shop appeared in Season 1 and mentions pastries, including macarons made in-house. Confirm current offerings and opening hours with the business.
#1 Best Overall
Utah Museum of Fine Arts
Address: 410 Campus Center Dr., Salt Lake City, on the University of Utah campus. Visit Utah identifies it as the book-tour stop shown on the series. Check the museum’s current visitor information before planning your visit.
Salt Lake Valley: Sandy
La Caille
Address: 9565 S Wasatch Blvd., Sandy. Visit Utah describes La Caille as a restaurant and event venue that appears in both The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Its grounds include Les Secrets Bar. Because it also hosts events, verify whether the restaurant or grounds are open to visitors on your intended date.
Rank #2
Wasatch Back and Heber Valley
Midway Mercantile
Address: 99 E Main St., Midway. Visit Utah connects the restaurant to an episode scene in which Whitney Leavitt walks with a birthday cake, and describes its dining as spanning casual and fine-dining options. Check current hours and reservation requirements before traveling.
Oliver’s Place
Address: 125 S 2000 West, Pleasant Grove. Visit Utah describes this public-facing farm setting as having a café and ice cream parlor and associates it with cast memories. Verify visitor access and current business operations before you go.

Farther regional excursions
Maria’s Cocina
Address: 1419 E 200th North, Beaver. Visit Utah identifies it as a Season 1 crossover location with Vanderpump Villa and describes its menu as combining Mexican- and Asian-inspired dishes. Beaver is a separate regional stop, not a Salt Lake City neighborhood; check current operating details before making the trip.
Mystic Hot Springs
Address: 475 E 100 North, Monroe. This is a possible Utah hot-springs excursion, but the scene Visit Utah cites is from Season 1 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, not The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. The guide describes hot springs, campsites, RV hookups and rooms in converted vintage buses. Confirm current availability, access and booking requirements with the property.

Plan a route around geography, not just the show
Visit Utah’s locations span Salt Lake City, Sandy, Pleasant Grove, Midway, Monroe and Beaver. The list is a curated tourism guide, not a complete production-location database or episode-by-episode map. Use a current map to check drive times and decide whether regional stops need an overnight stay; conditions and travel times can vary.
- For a city-focused visit: Prioritize Van Ryder, Coffee Garden and the Utah Museum of Fine Arts.
- For a Salt Lake Valley addition: Consider La Caille in Sandy, checking venue access first.
- For a longer outing: Choose a regional destination based on your route and time available rather than treating all the stops as one day’s itinerary.
- Before departure: Confirm current hours, bookings, visitor access, addresses and business operations with each venue. Visit Utah’s descriptions and Swig location count are published guide details, not independently verified live listings.

What the show does—and doesn’t—represent
Hulu describes the series as following the women behind #MomTok as they navigate the attention, scrutiny and expectations of internet fame. The show is one portrayal, not a stand-in for all Latter-day Saint women, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or Utah residents. The Associated Press reported that some Latter-day Saint creators say the series does not represent their experiences, alongside commentary from scholars and church representatives. Read its reporting on Mormon influencers and television for that wider context.
Hulu’s press page says Season 5 premiered September 10, 2026, with all five episodes released at once. Hulu says the series streams exclusively on its service; availability can change, so check the current catalog. See Hulu Press for the season announcement and Hulu’s series guide for its description.
