The complete ranking and its selection method are not verified in the sources available here, so it would be misleading to supply 19 more names or present the title as an objective judgment.
What is known about the 2016 ranking?

Why the list should not be treated as a measure of journalism
Beauty is an evaluative judgment, and the headline does not establish a standard that could objectively rank journalists. Nor does a reported place on an appearance-focused list say anything about a journalist’s reporting, experience, or contribution to the field.

A 2015 report about The Hill’s “50 Most Beautiful” describes anonymous online submissions and quotes co-editor Judy Kurtz saying, “Beauty is the eye of the beholder.” That account concerns a different publisher and a different list; its submission process and comment cannot be attributed to The Richest.
