Parade’s 2026 ranking does not establish how the Beckham couple’s combined estimate is divided. It would be misleading to assign Victoria half, or to place the $450 million couple figure above the individual estimates as if it belonged to her alone. Just Jared published a September 19, 2026, headline claiming the wealthiest member was worth more than $700 million, but its visible article text directs readers to a slideshow for individual figures and gives no financial methodology. That headline does not resolve the discrepancy with Parade’s combined Beckham estimate.
Why the estimates are difficult to verify
No public audited table establishes the current individual net worth of all five members. Celebrity net-worth estimates generally should not be read as confirmed totals: a meaningful calculation would need to account for assets, debts, ownership shares, taxes and other private financial details. The published estimates cited here do not provide a comparable accounting that readers can independently check.

Official company records do not fill that gap. Companies House lists Spice Girls Limited accounts made up to August 31, 2025, filed May 29, 2026, and Victoria Beckham Holdings Limited group accounts made up to December 31, 2025, filed September 7, 2026. Those filing-history entries confirm that company accounts exist; they do not establish any member’s personal net worth or identify how company assets and liabilities belong to an individual. A company’s finances cannot simply be treated as its owner’s personal fortune.
Older rankings should be treated as historical snapshots, not confirmation of today’s amounts. For example, The Standard’s 2019 estimates are dated figures from a different year; comparing them with a 2026 list does not produce a verified trend or common valuation method.

How the members’ careers diverged after the group
The Spice Girls—Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie C and Geri Halliwell—released “Wannabe” in 1996 and went on to release the albums Spice and Spiceworld, make the feature film Spice World, tour and reunite. That success explains why group royalties and reunion activity feature in wealth coverage, but group sales and tour revenue are not the same as what any member personally retained.
- Emma Bunton: Parade points to her radio work and Kit & Kin business.
- Melanie C: Her post-group work includes solo albums, stage performances and television.
- Geri Halliwell: Her work includes solo music and books. Parade says her exact book income is not public and that press-reported advances were not confirmed by anyone with direct knowledge of the contracts.
- Mel B: Her later work includes television and stage appearances.
- Victoria Beckham: Her career expanded into fashion and beauty, alongside her music work.
These careers help explain why the members’ financial paths may differ, but they do not prove the amount any one of them earned or currently owns. The ranking above is best read as a list of one outlet’s reported estimates, with the Beckham figure kept separate because it covers a couple.
