There is no single, objective winner of America’s Next Top Model after the cameras stop rolling. The show’s champions and runners-up went on to different kinds of careers: fashion visibility, sustained acting and television work, or businesses that extended their experience beyond modeling. These alumni stand out on those separate measures—not as a definitive ranking of every contestant.
How to measure success after ANTM
Winning a cycle records a contestant’s result on the show; it does not measure the career that follows. A useful comparison looks at what alumni did afterward: their visibility in fashion, the scale and continuity of their screen work, and whether they built businesses or other professional projects. Those paths can overlap, but they are not interchangeable—and the available biographies do not provide a consistent dataset of earnings, bookings, or longevity for every contestant.
Fashion-industry visibility
Winnie Harlow: a standout fashion career
Winnie Harlow is identified in retrospective coverage as one of the show’s standout alumni for her fashion-industry career. That makes her a prominent example of post-show fashion visibility, rather than evidence that ANTM winners as a group achieved similar outcomes. The retrospective does not establish a formal ranking or a comparable measure of success across all contestants. Yahoo’s retrospective on ANTM contestants provides the broader career framing.
Acting and television careers
Yaya DaCosta: from Cycle 3 runner-up to screen roles
Yaya DaCosta finished as runner-up to Eva Marcille in Cycle 3, then built an acting career across film and television. Her credits include The Butler, Whitney, Chicago Med, and The Lincoln Lawyer. This is a clear example of a contestant whose later career crossed from modeling into substantial screen work. Marie Claire’s “Where Are They Now?” coverage also describes her modeling education and portfolio business, Find Your Light, which offers developmental courses, posing workshops, and portfolio photo shoots.

Eva Marcille: winner, actor, and television host
Eva Marcille won Cycle 3 and went on to work as a model, actress, television host, and entrepreneur, according to her Bravo profile. The profile also notes magazine covers including Women’s Health and Essence. Her career illustrates why winning and later success should be reported as separate facts: she won the competition, then built a profile across multiple kinds of entertainment work.
Business, publishing, and career extensions
Dani Evans: modeling experience, a book, and Monrowe
Dani Evans won Cycle 6 and later extended her fashion experience into publishing and entrepreneurship. Netflix Tudum reports that she founded Monrowe, a small-batch hat brand, and published The Skinny on Getting In: An Inside Peek Into the Fashion World for the Aspiring Model in 2013. The book is a career-oriented extension of her modeling experience; its current retail availability is not established here. Netflix Tudum’s ANTM alumni update covers her post-show work.

That is distinct from a conventional modeling booking: it is a service aimed at helping others develop skills and portfolio materials.

The comparison is necessarily qualitative. The available coverage identifies notable career outcomes, but it does not offer a common measure that would justify ranking these four—or every ANTM contestant—from most to least successful.
