What did MrQ’s 2021 report say?
PerthNow reported that MrQ had identified the world’s biggest earners on OnlyFans. Its article supplied the following figures, which should be read as historical estimates attributed to MrQ, not verified income:

All amounts, subscriber counts and prices in the table are those reported in the August 10, 2021 PerthNow article, which attributed them to MrQ. They are not current prices or independently audited figures. The article’s opening does not name the person associated with its $40.3 million-a-year figure.
Mila Mondell’s figures do not agree
The article reports $25.3 million a year for Mila Mondell and also states $3.4 million a month. Those amounts are arithmetically inconsistent when treated as equivalent recurring earnings. The source does not explain the discrepancy, so neither figure should be used to “correct” the other.

Why the estimates are not a leaderboard of verified income
PerthNow says some creators keep subscriber counts private and that tips and additional purchases may add to earnings. A monthly subscription price multiplied by a subscriber count therefore cannot establish total income. The story does not provide an auditable calculation method for its estimates.
MrQ was quoted by PerthNow as saying, “Either could be earning more, however, from passionate fans offering tips and purchasing additional services from the models.” The quote was attributed to MrQ as an organisation; the article did not identify a spokesperson or role.

What “popular” means in other OnlyFans lists
There is no single ranking signal in the sources cited here that makes every third-party list an official platform-wide popularity chart. Different lists may measure different things, and a figure such as public likes should not be mistaken for a subscriber count or earnings.
- SearchOnly’s methodology, updated October 5, 2026, describes public profile data such as likes, prices and content counts. It treats likes as a cumulative public popularity proxy—not revenue or subscriber count—and notes that most creators hide subscriber counts. This is a separate tracking method, not verification of MrQ’s 2021 estimates.
- The 2023 study “Cashing in on Contacts: Characterizing the OnlyFans Ecosystem” describes research using publicly available profile metadata and accounts it characterizes as top creators. It is historical research, not a current ranking.
- OnlyFans Finder’s methodology says its directory ranks category matches, with public favorites and active subscription tiers as secondary signals; profile freshness can also affect inclusion. That describes the directory’s own listings, not an official platform-wide leaderboard.
For any “most popular” list, check when it was published, what signal it ranks, and how its data was gathered. A directory’s favorites or a profile’s likes may help indicate public engagement, but neither establishes how many subscribers an account has or how much it earns.

What Jem Wolfie said about Perth
The 2021 PerthNow article also quoted Jem Wolfie from an appearance on the No Jumper podcast: “I mean I love Perth… but it’s such a small town and it’s so behind the times and they don’t really f*** with me like America f**** with me.” This is a statement attributed to Wolfie in that report, not evidence for the income estimates.
