Singer Teresa Cristina joined the judges for the episode. POPline relayed her comment about taking part: “Eu adorei participar, ainda mais que era um programa com o tema de carnaval. Eu me envolvi com os jurados e com os personagens. Foi muito divertido e mais difícil do que eu imaginava (risos)”. In English: “I loved taking part, especially since it was a program with the theme of Carnaval. I got involved with the judges and the characters. It was a lot of fun and harder than I imagined (laughs).” The Portuguese statement was attributed to a communication in the preview, rather than presented as an independently verified interview transcript.
