When was The Kid LAROI’s homecoming tour? Its final Australian leg ran from November 11 to November 30, 2024, after the February dates first announced in 2023 were postponed. The tour supported his 2023 album The First Time and visited seven Australian cities.
Why the tour was a homecoming
The Kid LAROI, who hails from Sydney, returned to Australia as part of The First Time Tour. It was an Australian return, not his first Australian headline tour. The shows followed the release of his 2023 album The First Time, which the tour was built to support. TEG Live’s tour page presents the final Australian itinerary and its musical context.
How the Australian dates changed
The first Australian schedule was announced for February 2024. On December 22, 2023, ABC triple j reported that the dates had been postponed. LAROI said the February plan was “logistically impossible” and apologized to fans for the delay. His statement at the time said the tour would move to October; the final itinerary was instead scheduled for November. ABC triple j’s announcement and postponement update documents that change.
The eventual Australian run sat within a wider international tour. A January 2024 Live Nation Denmark announcement described a 12-show European and UK leg from Stockholm on April 4 to Milan on April 27, including Copenhagen on April 7. The announcement was published via Ritzau; its available details establish the planned leg, rather than a full account of how every international date unfolded. In July, Sony Music Japan reported on a Los Angeles performance late in the North American run.

The final Australian itinerary
TEG Live lists eight performances across seven cities. The dates below are the final Australian schedule, not the postponed February plan.

|---|---|---|
| November 11 | Gold Coast | Home of the Arts |
| November 14 | Brisbane | Brisbane Entertainment Centre |
| November 16 | Sydney | CommBank Stadium |
| November 20 | Perth | RAC Arena |
| November 24 | Adelaide | Adelaide Entertainment Centre |

CommBank Stadium’s August 5, 2024 announcement named Quavo and ONEFOUR as guests, while noting they would not appear at the Gold Coast and Hobart shows. Those exclusions applied to those dates, not to the tour as a whole.

What the show promised—and what one reported set included
CommBank Stadium’s promotional description called The First Time an album of 20 new songs and highlighted “Girls,” “Stay,” “Without You,” “Thousand Miles” and “Love Again” as expected musical moments. That was venue copy describing the album and promoting the show, not a complete setlist or a claim that all 20 songs were performed each night.
A separate, date-specific account offers a more concrete glimpse. Sony Music Japan’s August 1 report on the July 18 Los Angeles show says the performance opened with “Sorry” and continued into “Tragic.” It also mentions “Girls,” “Bleed,” “Heaven,” “Where Does Your Spirit Go?,” “Without You” and “Stay,” followed by an encore. The report describes that show as lasting about 1 hour and 20 minutes; neither its running order nor its duration should be treated as a tour-wide measure.

The report also quotes LAROI addressing the audience in Japanese: “毎晩みんなに会えて本当に嬉しいんです。みんな愛しています。ここにいてくれて本当にありがとうございます” (“I’m really happy to see everyone every night. I love you all. Thank you so much for being here.”). The remark, as rendered in the label’s account, centers on gratitude and connection with the crowd.

The available official schedule and venue announcement establish where the final Australian leg was planned and who was named as guests. The Los Angeles report adds one snapshot of the international show, but it cannot establish a standard set or duration for every night. The cited tour materials do not provide a substantiated attendance, gross or sales total, so no tour-wide success figure can be responsibly attached to this homecoming.
