The Green Veil is an eight-episode drama series set in the 1950s. John Leguizamo stars as Gordon Rogers, a government agent sent on a secret mission that begins with an investigation into a reported alien abduction of a Native American family in rural Connecticut.
What is The Green Veil about?
The series follows Gordon Rogers, an immigrant who came to the United States as a child and pursued the American Dream. In the opening episode, his government work draws him into a case involving the reported abduction of a Native American family. Episode descriptions then track the investigation, the Sutton family, and the consequences of Rogers’s choices. Rotten Tomatoes describes the series as an eight-episode drama about a 1950s agent on a secret mission; TheTVDB’s season-one guide identifies the abduction investigation as the opening conflict.

Is The Green Veil a TV series?
Yes. It is a television drama, not the similarly titled 1950 play The green veil passes: a play in one act by Gregory Ames. That bibliographic title includes the additional word “passes,” and it refers to a separate work. WorldCat catalogs the play as a work published by S. French in 1950.
How many episodes are in season one?
Season one has eight episodes. Rotten Tomatoes lists April 30, 2024 as the season’s release date. TheTVDB records episode dates from April 30 through May 21, 2024, with descriptions that outline the season’s broad progression rather than a detailed scene-by-scene account.
