After three seasons caught between the FBI and organized crime, Thony De La Rosa tries to take control of her future by becoming a surgical intern at a small community hospital. The job offers a path toward citizenship for her and her son Luca, but it does not free her from the Sin Cara cartel: she must continue working as its doctor.
