Spoilers for the series finale: Raymond “Red” Reddington dies in Andalusia, Spain, after a bull charges him. FBI agent Donald Ressler later finds Red’s body at the ranch, confirming that the finale is not a survival cliffhanger. Dembe survives the shooting that sets the final pursuit in motion.
How the final pursuit puts Dembe in danger
The two-hour finale begins with the FBI task force closing in on Red. Congressman Arthur Hudson discovers that Dembe warned Red he was about to be found, and Dembe is arrested. Red’s men intercept a transport carrying Dembe and Ressler. During the confrontation, Hudson shoots Dembe in the neck. Red shoots Hudson and wounds Ressler, but Ressler’s body armor stops the shots.

Red helps save Dembe, then leaves
Red takes the badly wounded Dembe for emergency treatment. He offers to provide a direct blood transfusion despite the medical staff’s concern. Dembe survives the operation. Red is left weak and unwell after donating blood, and once Dembe is stable, he leaves.
What happens to Red in Spain
Red travels to Andalusia, Spain, and rests at a villa before visiting a Miura cattle ranch. Earlier in this stretch, he coughs blood. The finale does not identify the illness, so it does not establish a specific diagnosis as the reason for his condition.

- The world?s most wanted criminal, Raymond Reddington, mysteriously turns himself in and offers to give up everyone he has ever worked with. His only condition is that he will only work with a newly minted FBI agent with whom he seemingly has no connection.
Red takes a final walk alone. A bull charges him, and the episode later shows Ressler arriving at the ranch by helicopter and finding Red’s bloodied body. The sequence makes Red’s death clear; he has not simply disappeared or evaded the authorities.
What the finale establishes about the task force
Dembe survives, but he is let go from the FBI and is not charged for helping Red escape. Cooper and Ressler see the pursuit through. The finale leaves the later careers of several task-force members unstated; TVLine describes the task force as apparently disbanded without giving every member a definite future (TVLine’s finale recap).

He will help catch them all? with the caveat that Elizabeth ?Liz? Keen (Megan Boone) continues as his p
Does the finale answer the Red identity mystery?
No new identity reveal accompanies Red’s death. The finale resolves what happens to him physically, but its last scenes do not newly settle the long-running debate about who Red is. The distinction matters: his fate is shown; the identity question is not freshly answered by the ending.
