What Season 2 is about
The series is set in Sag Harbor, where the Britton and Johnson families navigate wealth, prestige, legacy and the friction between old money and new money. Season 2’s additions extend that world through the Cora family, a boxing champion, a real-estate mogul and figures connected to the Brittons’ personal and business conflicts. BET describes the show as a family drama based on a novel by Carl Weber.
