Because streaming rights and catalogs can change, the announcement alone cannot establish whether the film is watchable on Max in a particular Latin American country today. Search the service in the country where you plan to watch. The film’s official website uses “Now Streaming” language, but it does not identify a current HBO Max catalog by country.
What is the documentary about?
The Beatles and India is a 2021 feature documentary directed by Ajoy Bose with Peter Compton. It explores the Beatles’ engagement with Indian culture and philosophy, including their 1968 stay at a spiritual retreat, and considers how that experience influenced their music. The film was inspired by Bose’s book Across the Universe: The Beatles in India.

A physical DVD release is documented in MVD’s June 2022 catalog, and a Prime Video listing displays DVD and Blu-ray formats. Those records establish that physical editions were listed, not that they are in stock now. Check the retailer’s current product page for edition, format and availability.
The official film site offers a trailer. For streaming, use the catalog available in your country; for a disc, verify that the specific edition is currently offered.
