Spoilers for The Bachelor Season 29 finale. Reality Steve’s reported spoiler said Grant Ellis would choose Juliana Pasquarosa. The March 17 Fantasy Suites episode did not disprove that outcome: it showed Grant expressing love for Litia Garr, sharing an intense overnight with Juliana, and eliminating Zoe McGrady while leaving the final choice unresolved. On March 24, Grant sent Litia home and proposed to Juliana. The spoiler concerned what happened at the end; the episode built suspense around how Grant would get there.
What happened in the Fantasy Suites episode?
The March 17 episode followed Grant’s three overnight dates in the Dominican Republic—with Zoe McGrady, Juliana Pasquarosa, and Litia Garr. It narrowed the field to two, but did not reveal his final choice.
Zoe was eliminated
Grant and Zoe talked about their shared experiences before he sent her home. Her departure resolved one part of the episode, not the question of which remaining woman Grant would choose.
Juliana and Litia both appeared to have a strong connection with Grant
Juliana called her overnight a “12 out of 10 experience.” With Litia, Grant said, “I do love you.” Yet he also said in a confessional that he was falling hard for someone else. The episode ended with him undecided between the two women, as Parade’s recap describes: Parade’s March 17 recap.

Why the episode can feel at odds with the spoiler
The apparent contradiction comes from treating two different kinds of information as if they answer the same question. A finale spoiler is a claim about the eventual outcome. The Fantasy Suites episode is a portrayal of Grant’s relationships and uncertainty at that point in the story. Strong affection for Litia and intimacy with Juliana made the decision feel open on screen, but neither moment established who Grant would ultimately pick.
That distinction does not prove the episode was designed to mislead viewers. It simply explains how an outcome could be reported ahead of time while the televised story still presented a difficult choice.

What Grant said before the overnight dates
In a March 10 interview with TheWrap, ahead of the overnight dates, Grant described the decision as difficult because he had “two amazing women.” He added: “I handle myself as if my wife would be watching this back.”
The article also quoted preview footage in which Grant said, “I’m heading into an engagement, and I’m still trying to figure out who I’m getting engaged to.” That line framed his choice as unresolved for viewers; it was presented as a season-preview clip, not a new interview statement.
