Yes. TELUS and Koodo customers in Canada can sign up for Crunchyroll through their provider account. Crunchyroll is a separate paid add-on—not a Stream+ inclusion—and TELUS currently lists a 10% discount for Stream+ customers.
How the TELUS–Crunchyroll partnership works
Announced on January 16, 2025, the partnership lets TELUS and Koodo customers in Canada sign up for Crunchyroll through their provider account. MobileSyrup described TELUS as the first Canadian provider to offer the anime streaming service as an add-on. MobileSyrup’s launch report
Crunchyroll remains a separate subscription. At launch, it was not included in Stream+. TELUS’s current offer instead gives Stream+ customers a discount on the separate Crunchyroll membership.
