How voting worked
The voting window ran from January 11 at 8:30 a.m. ET to January 19, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Voters had to be at least 18 and sign in with a valid email address; they could choose one nominee in each category once per day. Votes counted double on January 16 as part of a one-day Turbo Voting promotion. The window closed before the ceremony.
As TIME noted, the awards were decided through an online public vote across 45 categories. The outcomes therefore represented fan voting, not a professional critics’ consensus.

Who won
At the February 18 ceremony, Swift won four of her five nominated categories: Female Artist of the Year, Pop Artist of the Year, Concert Tour of the Year and Social Celebrity of the Year. She did not win Movie of the Year; the nominated film should not be confused with her four awards. Olivia Rodrigo won Song of the Year and Album of the Year. Kelce won Athlete of the Year. TIME and ABC News Australia reported the ceremony results.
