Taylor Frankie Paul’s representative said the release of a phone video from a 2023 incident was part of an effort to harm her and that the recording omitted context. The statement followed TMZ’s publication of the footage on March 19, 2026. That allegation is the representative’s account; the public-records chronology reported by KSL does not establish who supplied the video to TMZ.
What Paul’s representative said about the video
In a statement quoted by TheWrap on March 19, 2026, Paul’s unnamed representative called the video’s release part of what they described as a campaign against her. The representative said the recording was old, omitted context and was published on the birthday of Paul and former partner Dakota Mortensen’s son to distract from Mortensen’s behavior. Those are the representative’s allegations, not independently established findings.
“It’s sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child,” the representative told TheWrap.
The representative continued: “Releasing an old video, which conveniently omits context, on their son’s birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior,” and said the public had seen what they called a pattern of manipulation.
