Adult-content creator Tasha Paige said a woman recognized her at an abortion clinic, photographed her with her partner and posted images online before Paige had shared her own account. In January 2024, Paige described the post as a violation of their privacy; the reports do not establish a legal finding or confirm that she filed a lawsuit.
What Paige said happened
PerthNow reported on 22 January 2024 that Paige had announced her pregnancy on TikTok earlier that month and later said she was ending the pregnancy by surgical termination. Paige said a woman recognized her, challenged her account in TikTok comments and shared images showing Paige at the clinic with her partner. PerthNow’s report says Paige told Yahoo Lifestyle the clinic visit took place on a different day from the TikTok video in which she wore the same shirt.
Paige said the post revealed the clinic’s location and showed her partner without their permission. “This person went ahead and posted my exact location, as well as my baby daddy’s image, without our permission,” she told PerthNow.
Why Paige objected to the post
Paige said she had wanted to tell her own story to reduce stigma around abortion. She told PerthNow, in a statement attributed to her via Yahoo Lifestyle: “Being pregnant and then deciding that termination is the best thing to do is extremely personal, and many people are affected. It is simply not acceptable for anyone else, particularly strangers, to violate my privacy this way.”

What happened to the video, and what is known about legal action
PerthNow reported that the TikTok video had been deleted by the time its 22 January 2024 story was published. Paige said she was considering legal action; that statement does not establish that she filed a case, and the later report cited here gives no legal outcome.

Paige also said she notified the clinic. The article quoted her describing the incident: “My privacy was invaded and the woman who shared it was also undergoing the same procedure, so I couldn’t believe her shaming me for having one.” She said her reason for sharing her experience was “to raise awareness and show others they aren’t alone.” The AOL-syndicated report does not report a court case or establish a legal finding.
