Who was voted out?
According to Ross, new Hina lost the challenge. The vote came down to Jason or Matt, and Matt Williams was eliminated. Ross’s central criticism is that the swap did not disrupt the apparent majority: the first post-swap vote followed the bloc structure rather than showing a majority member turn on an ally or a consequential deception change the outcome.

Shannon and Sage on new Kele
Ross describes Shannon building relationships, including with Kristina, while Sage questioned whether Shannon’s spiritual talk was performative. Those are perspectives presented in the recap; they do not establish Shannon’s actual motives.

For Ross, the swap’s apparent lack of strategic disruption made the vote feel predictable. Sophi and Alex, the players from original Kele, attached themselves to the majorities on their new tribes, while the four-player blocs appeared intact. Ross judged the box-stacking finish to the challenge more dramatic than the vote and suggested the back half of the season could still become more eventful. That is his assessment of the episode, not evidence of a settled audience consensus.
