It has ended. The event brought themed modes and rewards to Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and Zombies, as well as Call of Duty: Warzone; it was not a standalone Squid Game game.
When did the Squid Game event run?
In an announcement dated January 2, 2025, Call of Duty Staff said the event would go live January 3 at 10 AM PT and run through January 24 at 10 AM PT. The announcement described the planned schedule; it does not establish whether every element launched exactly as scheduled or whether content has since returned. What games and modes were included?
The collaboration added limited-time Squid Game-themed experiences across Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and Zombies, and Warzone. The announcement named Red Light, Green Light, Pentathlon, Squid Game Moshpit, Dead Light, Green Light, and a rotating Warzone challenge series on Urzikstan. It did not describe a separate Squid Game title.
What could players earn, and what did the Premium Track cost?
The Event Pass had a free track and a Premium Track. Call of Duty Staff listed the Premium Track at 1,100 COD Points in its January 2, 2025 announcement.

The post named three Squid Game 2 Tracer Packs: Pink Guards, The VIPs, and Young-hee. Their described contents included Operators and weapon blueprints, with finishing moves and cosmetic items. The announcement did not state bundle prices, and it does not establish their current storefront availability.
