The replacement event was Live Loud Fest, reported for the same dates and Miami-to-Cozumel itinerary. Passengers were offered a transfer, Sixthman credit, or refund, but the published selection deadline was September 2, 2025, so those terms are historical.
Why was Soulshine at Sea 3 cancelled?
On August 17, 2025, Sixthman announced that the cruise was cancelled “in light of recent events” and said it was working on a new event for the same dates. The cancellation followed public withdrawals by several scheduled performers. Sixthman’s event page carried the cancellation and guest-option details; the circumstances were also reported by Rolling Stone and JamBase.
Musician Victoria Canal made public allegations about an unnamed music-industry figure. Reporting on the cancellation also described Michael Franti’s response: he acknowledged a relationship with an artist who had toured with him, said it was consensual, disputed any account saying otherwise, and accepted responsibility for not recognizing the power imbalance. These are attributed allegations and responses; the cited coverage does not establish an adjudicated finding about the disputed events. Rolling Stone’s account and Franti’s response as reproduced by JamBase provide further context.
Which artists withdrew?

What event replaced the cruise?
Sixthman’s later event page named Live Loud Fest as the transfer destination for booked Soulshine guests. The Pier reported that the festival used the original November 4–8, 2025 dates and the Miami-to-Cozumel itinerary. Both events are past; the published transfer offer is not a current booking option.
