Spoilers for the Solo Leveling manhwa: The later shadow soldier this headline points to is Bellion, not Beru. Beru is already in the anime by season 2, episode 24; Bellion belongs to later source-material lore and is not established as having appeared by the anime’s season 2 endpoint. Calling him Jinwoo’s “best” is a judgment, not an official ranking.
What the anime has introduced so far
The official season 2 episode guide ends with episode 25, “On to the Next Target.” Its finale summary follows the fourth Jeju Island raid and has Jinwoo turning toward a new battle. That is the released anime endpoint covered here; it is not a claim that no continuation is planned.
Beru, the ant antagonist Jinwoo fights, is already part of the anime: Crunchyroll News identifies him in its coverage of season 2, episode 24. So a tease about a shadow soldier still to come should not be confused with Beru’s introduction.
Why the teased soldier is Bellion
Bellion is the identification that fits the later manhwa/source-material context behind this tease. The distinction matters: the anime’s official season 2 guide does not name Bellion or confirm his exact anime introduction status. Treating him as a future anime appearance is therefore a source-material spoiler, not a confirmed announcement about an adaptation episode or date.

The anime’s official site has announced production of a theatrical film, Solo Leveling: Beyond the System. Its announcement does not give a release date or a roster of characters, so it cannot establish when Bellion will appear on screen.
Is Bellion really Jinwoo’s “best” shadow?
“Best” depends on the yardstick. A fan might mean combat strength, rank, loyalty, usefulness in battle, or simply personal appeal. The title’s wording is an opinion-led tease rather than a measurable verdict endorsed by the anime’s official sources. Readers looking for a definitive comparison should specify which quality they mean instead of treating “best” as a single canon category.

For the source story beyond the anime endpoint, Yen Press lists an English-language print edition of the Solo Leveling comic and names Amazon among its retailers. The publisher also catalogs the English novel series. These listings are ways to find the source material; they do not establish which volume contains Bellion’s story, so check the edition’s contents before buying if you are following a specific character.
