The “tomorrow” return date is not confirmed for the Solo Leveling: Ragnarok manhwa. Tapas’s official series page says Season 2 ended on January 31, 2026, and the comic will return for Season 3—but the notice gives no date. The August 12, 2026 date reported elsewhere applied to the English light novel translation, not the comic.
What Tapas says about the manhwa’s return
Tapas’s official Solo Leveling: Ragnarok comic page carries a January 31, 2026 hiatus announcement: “Season 2 has come to a close and so we will be taking a hiatus before returning with season 3!” The notice is signed “Team Tapas” and does not name a return date.
That means there is no confirmed “tomorrow” chapter date in the official notice. Tapas also displays “Updates every Sat” on the series page, but that general schedule label does not establish a current release during the announced hiatus.
Why August 12 caused confusion
An August 10, 2026 report from ComicBook.com said the English translation of the Solo Leveling: Ragnarok light novel would resume on August 12. That date was for the novel, a separate format, and was not confirmation that the manhwa would resume then. For the comic’s schedule, Tapas’s own hiatus notice is the relevant source.

Which Solo Leveling series is on hiatus?
The hiatus notice concerns Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, the sequel comic about Sung Suho confronting a new threat and learning about his father’s legacy. Tapas lists it as an action-fantasy comic and credits JIN (REDICE STUDIO), Daul, and Brix (REDICE STUDIO), with D&C Media and Tapas Entertainment also credited on the page.
It is not the original Solo Leveling comic. Tappytoon’s original-series listing describes a different comic based on Chugong’s novel and credits Chugong, DISCIPLES (REDICE), DUBU (REDICE), and h-goon. The sequel and original have distinct publication listings.
