The available coverage does not establish that the topless photo was taken during the Colombia trip, so the two stories should be treated as separate events.
What is known about the topless poolside photos?
Us Weekly reported on April 14, 2025, that Vergara had shared a poolside photo the previous day. The outlet described her wearing black thong bikini bottoms without a top and quoted the reported caption: “Ya casi llega el verano!☀️☀️protégete con @toty 👙” Us Weekly translated it as a message that summer was nearly here and to protect oneself, and reported that she held a Toty Illumina Creamy Compact. These details are the outlet’s account of the post.
A separate Infobae report, published June 11, 2025, described a topless poolside photo with the caption “¡Llegó el verano!” and said the post tagged Toty. Its date and caption differ from Us Weekly’s account; without confirmation from the original posts, the reports should not be merged into one event.
What did she share from Colombia?
Diario AS reported on December 3, 2024, that Vergara was vacationing in Colombia, her home country, and had shared several summery images, including a pose in a hammock. That coverage establishes the Colombia-vacation context, but it does not connect the trip to the topless poolside images reported in 2025.

Where does the older bikini photo fit?
In a separate report published December 30, 2022, ScreenGeek described a black-bikini vacation photo and gave its caption as “Playa brisa y mar” (“Beach, breeze, and sea”). It is older coverage, distinct from both the 2024 Colombia vacation images and the 2025 topless-photo reports.
What is—and isn’t—verified about the swimwear?
The coverage describes black swimwear, including thong-style bikini bottoms in Us Weekly’s account, but does not establish a verified brand or model for the swimwear. The Toty reference in the 2025 reports concerns a tag or product mentioned in connection with the post; it does not identify the bikini.
