What happens in the “Babymoon” sketch?
At a baby shower, Charli XCX joins Kelsey’s friends as they sing about a Miami babymoon and the increasingly awkward details surrounding Domingo. Marcello Hernández plays Domingo. The parody uses the structure and performance energy of Chappell Roan’s “Hot to Go!” as its comic frame.

The installment follows the recurring joke in which Domingo’s presence complicates the social circle around a married couple. The friends’ song makes those tensions public, while Charli participates in the deliberately awkward choreography.
Which SNL episode featured it?
“Babymoon” aired in Charli XCX’s November 16, 2024 episode, listed by NBC as Season 50, Episode 7. NBCUniversal’s 50th-anniversary episode guide identifies Charli XCX as both host and musical guest that night. See the NBC episode listing and NBCUniversal’s SNL 50 guide.
Is this the same as “Domingo: Vow Renewal”?
No. “Babymoon” is the Charli XCX-era baby-shower sketch from November 2024. “Domingo: Vow Renewal” is a separate later clip: its official SNL listing describes friends singing at a vow renewal before Domingo interrupts, and gives a publication date of February 16, 2025. The official SNL clip listing identifies that later installment; it should not be confused with the “Hot to Go!” parody.
