Simone Biles’s October 15, 2025 Instagram Story showed her doing a flip at her new home, with a caption that playfully hinted at a change: “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherries emoji].” The cherries were read by entertainment coverage as an allusion to breast augmentation, but the Story itself did not directly confirm a procedure. Biles later discussed her breast implants in a TikTok.
What Biles posted in October
Sporting News reported that Biles shared the flip in an Instagram Story on October 15, 2025, alongside the caption, “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherries emoji].” The outlet interpreted the cherries as a cheeky reference to breast augmentation. That reading fits the playful wording, but it is an interpretation of the Story—not a detailed announcement in the original post. Sporting News reported on the Story and its caption.
What Biles later said about breast implants
In a TikTok discussed in November 2025 coverage, Biles addressed the subject directly. Allure reported that she said the procedure took place on June 16, 2025, in Houston, and named Dr. Kriti Mohan. She described receiving 310 cc, high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants placed under the muscle. These are details of Biles’s personal procedure, not a recommendation for anyone else. Allure’s November 21, 2025 report and Marie Claire’s coverage of the TikTok recount her comments.
Her account of recovery
Biles described the recovery as painful. Allure quoted her saying, “Y’all lied. This shit hurts so bad.” She also said she took two weeks to take it easy and that her husband helped her at first. This is Biles’s account of her own recovery; it should not be treated as a standard timeline or a forecast of what another person will experience.

What the post does—and does not—establish
The original Instagram caption was suggestive rather than explicit. Biles’s later TikTok supplied the direct details reported above, but neither her personal implant choice nor her recovery account serves as individualized medical guidance. Allure advises anyone considering breast augmentation to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon rather than deciding in advance to copy a celebrity’s implant choice.
